Our wine making style focuses on the grape, so our wines are very drinkable right from the start and can be enjoyed with or with out food. We do suggest that you age the wines for a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 14 months depending on your individual tastes.
We offer the following varietals for wine making and individual bottle purchase off our shelf. Individual bottles range from $9-$15 average.

st. trophime pinot noir
A delicate wine, low in tannin with flavors of
cherries, raspberries and smoke. |
colosseum cabernet
A noble variety, rich & tannic with flavors of
black currants, green peppers, chocolate & spice. |
king louie's red zinfandel
This popular grape of California is medium- to
full-bodied, with flavors of blackberry jam and
black pepper. Moderate to prominent tannins. |
vardin's grove vieux chateau roi
Our signature house wine that captures the
essence of Libertyville carrying a warm bouquet
of ripe berries. Full-bodied, yet easy
drinking. |
rue cler merlot
A distant relative of the Cabernet with less
tannin. Merlot is a soft, round, drinkable wine
with low acidity and flavors of plum,
blueberries and cherries. |
vale d'aosta cab/merlot
Blending the best of Italy and France, this
full-bodied wine has a smooth, rich flavor which
has been rounded with the addition of Merlot. |
academia red chianti
A blend of the Sangiovese grape and other
varietals such as Cabernet, Syrah and Merlot.
Similar to the Sangiovese grape, it is high in
acidity and moderate in tannin. |
sienna days sangiovese
The most important grape varietal in Italy
boasts cherries, raisins, earth and violet
flavors. Light- to medium-body with moderate
tannin and moderate to high acidity. |
botany bay cabernet/shiraz
This blend has become an Australian classic.
The Shiraz exudes spicy, berry aromas, while the
Cabernet provides velvety tannins. Added oak
adds to its rich, robust flavor. |
queen victoria's market shiraz
The subtle spiciness of its aroma is a
combination of cinnamon, rose petals and
berries. The warm weather of Australia fosters
a fruity wine with low acidity and high tannin. |

Suggestions of pineapple, coconut and bananas
are due to the plentiful sun and refreshing

goethe-haus gewurztraminer
"Gewurz" is German for "pungent". This rich,
low-acid wine has the flavor of grapefruits and
can be enjoyed alone or paired with spicy Asian
food, sausage or ham. |
fairy tale riesling
The basis for the finest wines in Germany can be sweet or bone dry. Our version is a nice
combination of both with light body, moderate
acidity and flavors of apricots, citrus, peach
